Job Overview:
The Server you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our members and guests. Your role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring prompt and accurate service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You are the face of our Food and Beverage team and play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our members.
Job Description:
- Provides immediate attention to all Members and guests upon seating
- Describes specials of the day to the Members and guests. Answers questions regarding any menu item and offers suggestions of menu items when appropriate.
- Takes food and beverage orders from Members and guests and delivers food to Members and guests promptly after preparation.
- Follows-up with Members and guests to ensure satisfaction. Replenishes items as needed.
- Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
- Maintains organized workstation and side work duties.
- Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.
- Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
- Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques.
- Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Performs other duties as required.

Job Overview:
Set and clean dining room tables before, during and after meal service.
Job Description:
- Fills glasses with ice water; answers question and suggests menu items

Job Overview:
Assists the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain highest level of food presentation, timing and serving dishes to the table
Job Description:
- Picks up food product for orders placed by service staff and delivers the meal to the members
- Sets up front line with equipment, plateware and smallware needed to effectively serve all food products
- Carrying food trays to tables
- Ability to read order tickets as they arrive
- Garnishes finished plates according to kitchen specifications
- Keeps station restocked throughout the shift

Job Overview:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a safe & responsible manner
Job Description:
- Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available
- Develops drink recipes for established menu
- Requests additional supplies as necessary
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
- Follows set-up procedures
- Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
- Greets members and guests
- Mixes, prepares and serves drinks according to the recipes approved by the Beverage Manager
- Collects checks/payment for drinks served
- Reports complaints to a manager as soon as they occur
- Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment
- Maintains records of liquors, beers, wine, tobacco and sundries to ensure par stock is maintained at all times

Job Overview:
The Dishwasher is responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining a constant supply of clean dishes and cookware to ensure exceptional culinary offerings. The position will work in all areas of the kitchen but mostly the dish area or the pot area and must be flexible to work either area as assigned.
Job Description:
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Wash all pots, plates, utensils and other kitchen equipment.
- Obtain and follow work area assignment from shift supervisor
- Follow and maintain the highest level of "standards of performance" including sanitation, and hygiene
- Work in an efficient manner to ensure quick turnaround of supplies
- Maintain an open line of communication with supervisors and opposite shift
- Assist Sous Chef in preparing for banquet requirements gathering supplies and additional wares needed at the appropriate time
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and decrease loss from breakage
- Follow appropriate closing process including but not limited to: cleaning and scrubbing designated floor areas, removal and proper placement of trash and cleaning of trash cans, clean inside and outside of the dish machine, ensure all wares are returned in their proper place

Greets members with a warm welcoming smile as they enter the venue, escorts members to their tables. Takes and confirms reservations. Plot floor-plan prior to opening
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide menus announcing the server's name.
- Maintains a clean and orderly reception area
- Manages reservations
- Answer all incoming calls and address members queries
- Have knowledge which will be provided to you of menus consisting of ala carte, special holiday and events
- Communicating to team with any changes to a particular reservation
- Greet all members as they depart the venue
- Tend to special member requests and needs
